360 Leadership Review
Leadership clarity, typically delivered in four weeks. We handle everything from survey design through facilitated debrief — so your team can focus on what the results mean and what to do next.
Start the ConversationLeadership assessment is one of the most important, and most avoided, conversations in any organization.
When done poorly, it creates defensiveness and erodes trust. When done well, it surfaces the insights that move teams forward and builds the honest culture that retains great people.
The problem is that most small and mid-size organizations don't have dedicated HR capacity, a neutral facilitator on staff, or the bandwidth to design surveys, analyze data, and guide a productive conversation around the results.
No time to design it
Building comprehensive survey instruments that capture the right dimensions of leadership takes expertise and hours most teams don't have.
No capacity to analyze it
Collecting feedback is only the beginning. Synthesizing it into meaningful patterns and actionable insights is a different skill entirely.
No neutral voice to facilitate it
The most important part of any 360 review is the conversation around the results. That conversation needs an expert, objective facilitator to be productive.
From Survey Design to Facilitated Debrief
We handle every step of the process, so you receive a finished product: data, insights, a polished presentation, and a facilitated conversation that moves your team forward.
With experience across municipal government, nonprofits, and growing companies, we know how to design instruments that surface real insight — and how to facilitate the conversation around results in a way that builds trust rather than defensiveness.

What this looks like in practice.
Every engagement is different. Here is a recent example of what our 360 review process delivered for a fast-growing organization.
The Situation
Schola was a fast-moving education company with a leadership team that needed formal evaluation. They were growing quickly, had recently brought senior leaders on board, and needed an objective, structured process to assess how their executives were performing and where development was needed.
Their team was moving too fast to slow down, they lacked internal HR capacity to facilitate the process objectively, and they needed someone who could not only analyze the data but guide a productive conversation around it.
What We Delivered
We designed two customized survey instruments — one for executive peers and one for staff — including a self-evaluation component for each leader under review. Sixteen participants submitted confidential responses across four executives.
We synthesized all responses into a professional presentation deck, identifying strengths, development areas, and patterns across the leadership team. We then traveled to Phoenix to facilitate a two-hour in-person debrief session that turned the data into an actionable development conversation.
